Our goal is to provide state of the art sustainable skills training and techniques available in the motorcycle safety industry of rider education. We specialize in the science of real world road craft skills. The core of our training has come from some of the best minds in rider education. These techniques have been time proven by authors, publications and organizations including riders themselves.

The authors of these publications have amassed an incredible amount of time tested skills & knowledge needed to survive in the real world of motorcycling. These techniques are put to practical use by our highly trained and skilled insturctors. We also have included in our program many of the recommendations in the NAMS agenda.

The instructors for Oregon Motorcycle Safety Institute must meet a high level of skill and knowledge through certification and real world experience. These highly qualified individuals are trained in numerous regimes and must be active riders and have the most current updates from their certifying organizations. To qualify all instructors must have a good riding record and always wear proper protective gear on duty as well as off duty. They must all have a depth of undestanding of the curriclums used and maintain a professional attitude at all times when representing our programs.
